How does it work?
Forgot you not works by sending a personalised SMS text message on your behalf to a loved one or collegue on their special day. For more information please view our section how does it work?

What does is cost?
Much cheaper than a birthday card. The service costs £10 inc VAT per annum for 30 personalised messages. More messages can be purchased and added to your account if required just take out another subscription.

Is there any advertising on each message?
No. Messages only contain the text you have specified.

What if I don't use all my messages in a year?
If you don't renew your subscription before the end of your year messages will expire. Renewing will add any unused messages from this year to your total.  Renewals are not automatic.

What happens if I change my mobile number?
Logon to our website and change your details, all future messages will be sent out using your new mobile number.

What happens if they change their mobile number?
Logon to our website, find the record with the old mobile number and specify the new number. If the message has not already been sent or in the process of being sent there shouldn't be any problem.

Yearly renewals is it automatic?
No. You will need to purchase a new subscription before your current one expires. A reminder will be sent to you before the end of your subscription to prompt you to renew. 

How will I know that the mesage has been sent?
Messages are fully automated and our systems are constantly monitored by dedicated personal to make sure your message is always sent. More often than not you will get a response from your recipient thanking you for your sentiments. A special section on our website lists all messages sent from your account, showing the time the message was sent and receiver number it was sent to, so you can see at a glance whether messages have been sent.

What if I specify another mobile number rather than my own when sending messages?
This would constitute a fraud and as a result we would terminate your account  immediately and your details would be forwarded to local law enforcement agencies. In a nutshell, don't do it.  If you want to send a message anonmously or you do not have a mobile phone, leave this entry blank on your account and we will send the message with our name on it ie 4gotUnot.  Should your recipient request details on who sent the message these would be provided.
